A Hinds County Judge has postponed the Tuesday hearing in the lawsuit filed against Stuart Irby and his wife, Karen, for the February 2009 crash that killed two doctors.

Court administrators say Hinds County Circuit Judge Winston Kidd canceled the meeting because one of the attorneys was snowed in.  The hearing has not yet been rescheduled.

Last month, Judge Kidd ordered Stuart Irby to turn over his medical records for review to determine if attorneys would be able to begin questioning the Jackson businessman.  A deposition of Irby's doctors was also ordered to happen before Tuesday's hearing.

Irby's attorneys say he suffered a serious brain injury after his car, driven by his wife 39-year old Karen Irby, crashed head on into a truck on Old Canton Road back in February. The driver of the truck, Dr. Mark Pogue and his fiancee, Dr. Lisa Dedousis were both killed in the collision.

Karen Irby is charged with two counts depraved heart murder and one count aggrevated assault for the injuries Stuart Irby suffered in the crash. Her trial is scheduled for March.
