Oksana Grigorieva has blasted ex-boyfriend Mel Gibson for "trivializing domestic violence" in their ongoing legal battle.

The former couple has become embroiled in a bitter court fight over recent weeks as they attempt to thrash out custody arrangements for their young daughter, Lucia.

The public falling out has seen Grigorieva accuse the shamed Braveheart star of assault, while audio footage of telephone calls in which the actor can allegedly be heard hurling abuse and vile threats at his partner have leaked online.

Gibson's lawyers have denied the allegations of domestic violence and accused the Russian singer of trying to bribe the star for cash in exchange for the audio recordings.

But Grigorieva has been left incensed by the counter-attack - insisting Gibson is attempting to "trivialize" the alleged abuse by filing his own extortion claims against her.

In an interview with RadarOnline.com, she says, "I think Mel is basically trivializing domestic violence and this is very, very sad and it's very unfair."

And the singer claims the recorded rants said to feature Gibson were all taped on the same night of their reported altercation, when she feared for her life.

She continues, "All the tapes that you hear on the internet, all of the voicemails, the phone calls, all of them (were) recorded that one night, because I was in fear for my life that night. I really didn't think I was gonna make it.

"I feel like I'm being victimized all over again."

The Hills star Heidi Montag has filed for divorce from her estranged husband Spencer Pratt.

Montag walked out on her former reality TV co-star in May and filed for legal separation in June.

She has now moved to make the marriage split official after lodging a divorce petition in Santa Monica, California Superior Court on Friday, citing irreconcilable differences.

Montag's lawyer, Jodeane Farrell, confirms to People.com: "Heidi has amended her petition for separation and today has filed a petition for dissolution of marriage from Spencer Pratt.

"The couple has agreed they would like their divorce to be finalized in a timely manner in an out-of-court settlement. Both parties are amicable with each other and over the possibility of finalizing their divorce."

Montag and Pratt wed in Mexico in 2008 and exchanged vows for a second time on TV in 2009 amid claims their initial nuptials were not legal and were part of an elaborate publicity stunt.

MTV reality star Nicole 'Snooki' Polizzi was arrested in New Jersey Friday afternoon on suspicion of disorderly conduct.

Polizzi, who shot to fame last year on Jersey Shore, was taken into custody after allegedly drinking alcohol in public while filming the hit series' third season in Seaside Heights.

Local official John Camera says, "She was being very disorderly on the beach, bothering other patrons there."

The 22-year-old was released hours later, although further details were unavailable as WENN went to press.

A posthumous album featuring 10 never-before-heard songs from the King of Pop will be released this November.

At the time of his death, Jackson had reportedly left hard drives filled with previously unreleased music.

The Thriller hitmaker's former manager Frank DiLeo estimates Jackson's vaults contain more than 100 completed and unreleased songs, including collaborations with Akon, will.i.am and Ne-Yo.

The tracks are expected to be included in the forthcoming release, alongside songs Jackson recorded at the peak of his career in the 1980s.

DiLeo tells RollingStone.com, "There are a couple of songs we recorded for the Bad album that we had to cut that are just sensational."

A spokesperson for the estate confirms the new record will be the first in a 10-project, seven-year deal worth $250 million that Jackson estate executors signed with Sony Music bosses in March.

The deal will also include reissues of Jackson's classic albums, new greatest hits sets, a DVD collection of the King of Pop's music videos and a possible collaboration with circus troupe Cirque du Soleil.

Rap superstar T.I. married his longtime girlfriend Tameka 'Tiny' Cottle at the courthouse in Miami, Florida on Friday.

The Live Your Life hitmaker, whose real name is Clifford Harris, Jr., has been dating former Xscape singer Cottle since 2001 and the couple has two sons together.

They were rumored to be tying the knot in Hawaii last weekend but the claims proved to be false.

Instead, the stars became man and wife in a low-key event at a Miami Beach courthouse, reports TMZ.

The marriage license, obtained by the website, shows the happy couple's ceremony was conducted by a deputy clerk on Friday.

T.I., 29, and Cottle, 35, are also parents to the rapper's three kids from previous relationships.

The wedding news follows T.I.'s recent release from prison after pleading guilty to weapon possession charges. He became a free man in April.

Lindsay Lohan will check into a rehabilitation center by a California beach once she completes her jail sentence for probation violation, according to an online report.

The Mean Girls star is currently serving part of a 90-day term at the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, California after breaking her parole terms relating to a 2007 DUI arrest.

She is expected to walk free from her jail cell as early as Sunday but must report to rehab within 24 hours of her release, as ordered by the judge, to seek treatment for an alleged prescription drug addiction.

The location of Lohan's rehab center had not been disclosed until now - and TMZ reports the troubled star will be able to battle her personal demons while sunning herself in Newport Beach, at a facility which specializes in alcohol and opiate detox.

Lohan must complete 90 days in rehab as part of her sentence.

Tabloid editors have backtracked over reports confirming the marriage of Alicia Keys and producer Swizz Beatz, blaming the publication of the article on a "technological error."

The couple was said to have exchanged vows in a secret ceremony last Sunday, with a pregnant Keys reportedly walking down the aisle in a designer Vera Wang gown.

A representative for the No One hitmaker appeared to confirm the news to UsMagazine.com on Friday but the story was pulled from the website hours later and editors posted a retraction, reading: "Alicia Keys hasn't wed. It was a technological error on our behalf - and we apologize."

She was arrested and charged with assault with a deadly weapon, but fled America before she could face prosecution and went on the run in Canada.

Canadian authorities recently took the 40-year-old suspect into custody and she was sent back to Los Angeles on Thursday to stand trial over the allegations, according to TMZ.

Singer Carnie Wilson is taking TV network bosses behind her new reality show Unstapled to court to fight for an additional $277,500 in pay.

The Wilson Phillips singer filed suit against the executives of the Game Show Network (GSN) on Thursday, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

She claims was set to receive $120,000 for six weeks of episodes that would be filmed four days a week for six hours a day, for a total of 24 days as part of the series, which chronicles her weight loss battle.

But the show actually required 53 days of shooting and Wilson was forced to work much longer hours prior to its premiere on January 14, according to the court documents.

The complaint reads: "Accordingly, at the rate of $5,000 per day, which is the daily rate of said contract, Defendant GSN owes to (Wilson) the additional amount of $277,500 with legal interest thereon from the final day of shooting."

However, network bosses at GSN claim they have yet to be notified of any litigation.

A GSN spokesperson says: "We are not aware of any lawsuit by Carnie Wilson against GSN."

Wilson, who once weighed in at 300 pounds, famously underwent gastric bypass surgery in 1999 and lost half of her body weight. She piled the pounds back on while pregnant with daughters Lola, five, and Luciana, one.

According to TMZ.com, singer/songwriter Kara Diogaurdi has been fired from American Idol.

The entertainment website is reporting she will be replaced by Aerosmith rocker, Steven Tyler.

The revolving door of judges on the TV talent show is spinning once again.  Dioguardi is said to have been booted from the judging panel as part of producers' ongoing cast shake-up.

TMZ.com reports TV bosses have finalized deals to recruit both Tyler and Jennifer Lopez, who will join Randy Jackson for a three-judge format on the upcoming 10th season, due to premiere in January.

The news follows Ellen DeGeneres' shocking announcement that she is stepping down from her judging role after just one series on the show.  She replaced longtime judge, Paula Abdul.

Simon Cowell, who has been with the show since its 2002 inception also quit.  He will be focus on launching The X-Factor in the U.S.
